Breakfast was good.
Since then I’ve had two total lean, ’ lean shakes ’ with fruit mixed in. I didn’t have time to buy milk so I used shake mix ( I work in an icecream store ) so it was kinda gross.
Second time around I mixed water with it as well as half a banana and raspberries.
Dinner with either be steamed veggies or a salad. I hate spending money on food and I’m going to a friends house so I have to wait till 11 pm to eat dinner.
